I recently purchased a Subaru Forester from Ed. Immediately, I was impressed with his calm demeanor, in contrast to the stressful experiences other dealers pressure their potential customers under. Not only was Ed professional, honest and knowledgeable, he was also extraordinarily helpful. So helpful, its almost unreasonable 😁.
He is "Why are you so amazing?" -helpful : A new tier in customer service that other dealers should aspire to be.
Ed drove the vehicle to my preferred mechanic for a Pre-Purchase Inspection, and did so with confidence, knowing nothing of concern will be found. He was nice enough follow me home, so that I can drop off the car I was borrowing, just to take me back to his lot to drive off with my new purchase. Even AFTER the purchase, Ed willingly took my vehicle to Subaru to get (a) duplicate keys made/programmed and (b) address a recall. He was under no obligation to do this, but did so anyway. And the icing on the cake is, Ed filled up the tank, cleaned the car and applied the registration to the window afterwards. I wasn't expecting any of that. He didn't have to do any of that. He consistently went above and beyond for me, and I am grateful. It would be unreasonable to expect Ed to do this with every customer, and that made be feel special. Not only would I recommend Eyez Auto...I think it would be silly to shop elsewhere!

I don't really enjoy the car buying experience, but must admit that Eyez Auto made the process pleasant. We're very pleased with the used car we bought, which was in really good shape. Ed made sure the car was in fine working order and worked with us to purchase it at a fair price. The next time we need a good quality used vehicle we'll start with Eyez...no need to go elsewhere.

Ed was very easy to deal with and the vibe was good. No creepy car salesman stuff- just a kind, personable guy. I love the car I got- a 2007 Honda CRV with 92,000 miles in really tip-top shape, I am so impressed! It was meticulously cleaned and Ed even offered to put it up on the lift so I could see the underside! He did all the paperwork then picked me up at my house. Car even had a full tank :-). After weeks of being jerked around by shifty car dealers I found a truck here . The entire process was stress free with a laid back feel . Ed was very honest and accommodating .the truck was exactly as advertised with no hidden fees and he even took the time to fill the gas tank and change the oil for me before I picked the truck up. Eyez Auto Inc. in Fishkill, NY is owned by me, Ed Yeznaian. I've lived in the Fishkill area for over 22 years. I've been in the automotive business all my life and have over 35 years experience as a new car dealership technician, service advisor and service manager. I have always enjoyed working with cars both as a profession and a hobby.
For some folks, a big purchase like buying a car can be a tense, stressful and apprehensive process. I want to make it as easy and enjoyable as possible. I'm not here to sell you a car, but rather, to help you buy one.
Although Eyez Auto is small, we have all the buying power of the larger dealerships in the area, without the huge overhead. This means you get personalized attention and service... as well as value and fair pricing. Quality over quantity!
So what does fair pricing mean? To me it means the customer gets the best value possible on a great vehicle and the business gets to make some money. I'm not going to promise you unrealistic savings or discounts, then make up the difference in fees, hidden or otherwise. Our prices are fair, with an emphasis on value. Savvy buyers recognize the best value is not necessarily the lowest price.
There are no dealer fees! I only charge the state regulated $175 to go to DMV and process the paperwork. That's it! The price you see is price you pay, plus tax and DMV charges, of course. No hassles, no gimmicks.
I promise to always provide value and outstanding service, before and after we hand over the keys. I personally hand pick the vehicles and oversee the detailing, reconditioning and maintenance myself, the level of which usually exceeds that of the big dealers' "Certified" cars. My goal is to provide a car that you will be proud to own and drive so you can recommend me to your friends and family. I would much rather be honest and fair, than to try and make a lot of money from you once and never see you again.
